Telling Stories with Cinema

Jun/11/2012 - Jun/21/2012
Location:

This two-week session will demonstrate to students a basic overview of how their favorite shows and films are conceived.

Students will see how to use free video editing software available to all, properly frame shots and check audio levels, and they will then produce and edit their own short videos in a group setting.

The goal of the program is to encourage kids with an interest in screenwriting and/or video production. They will gain a new appreciation for the work that is involved as they learn a skill they can use at home to create their own video productions!

Ages: 10 & up
